Our first online training module journey began in 2012 for a large group of clients in the United states. After much success, we expanded our clientele to a wider network covering India, the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and a few other countries. The idea was to extend our advanced and updated training to distant locations.

Our primary goal is to provide health, fitness and well-bring programs to all people based on their requirements. The common working person with busy schedules may not have the time and means to attend personal workshops, trainings or specific programs even though they might be keen on keeping fit and healthy. For such individuals, we have created a special program called the HYBRID training module which requires the person to inform us on their schedule and timetable for which we would create and plan a 4 to 6 week micro cycle program.
